Qatar Visa Options for Indian Citizens

1. Visa-Free Entry (Visa on Arrival)

Indian citizens are eligible for a visa-free entry to Qatar for up to 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival.

• Return Ticket: You must have a confirmed return or onward ticket.

• Hotel Reservation: A confirmed hotel booking through the Discover Qatar website is required.

• Financial Proof: You should possess a valid credit card or cash equivalent to at least USD 1,000.

2. Hayya e-Visa

For stays longer than 30 days or specific purposes like business, you can apply for a Hayya e-Visa 

Tourist Visa (A1): For general tourism purposes.

• GCC Resident Visa (A2): For residents of GCC countries

OMAN

Oman Visa Types –

 10-Day Visa

Type: Single-entry

Validity: 10 days stay

Ideal for: Short trips, business meetings, or quick vacations.

 30-Day Visa

Type: Single-entry

Validity: 30 days stay

Ideal for: Regular tourists, family visits.

SAUDI ARABIA

Saudi Arabia Visa Types for Indian Citizens 

1. Tourist eVisa

• Validity: 1 year (multiple entries)

• Stay Duration: Up to 90 days per visit

• Purpose: Tourism, leisure, attending events, visiting family/friends, and Umrah (excluding Hajj)

2. Work Visa

• Purpose: Employment in Saudi Arabia

• Requirements:

  • Job offer from a Saudi employer

  • Sponsorship documents

  • Medical examination report

  • Valid passport and photographs

  • Visa application through the Saudi Embassy or authorized centers

• Validity: Typically 1–2 years, aligned with the employment contract 

3. Business Visa

• Purpose: Attending business meetings, conferences, or trade events

• Requirements:

  • Invitation letter from a Saudi business entity

  • Company cover letter from the Indian employer

  • Valid passport and photographs

  • Visa application through the Saudi Embassy or authorized centers

• Validity: Single or multiple entries, with stays up to 90 days per visit 

4. Family Visit Visa

• Purpose: Visiting immediate family members residing in Saudi Arabia

• Requirements:

  • Sponsorship letter and copy of the sponsor’s Iqama

  • Proof of relationship (e.g., birth or marriage certificate)

  • Valid passport and photographs

  • Visa application through the Saudi Embassy or authorized centers

• Validity: Up to 90 days (single-entry)

5. Umrah Visa

• Purpose: Performing the Umrah pilgrimage

• Requirements:

  • Application through authorized Umrah tour operators

  • Valid passport and photographs

  • Proof of vaccination (e.g., Meningitis)

  • Confirmed flight itinerary and hotel bookings

    CHINA  

Indian citizens require a visa to visit China. The most common types are:

• Tourist Visa : For sightseeing, valid up to 30 days.

• Business Visa : For business meetings or trade visits, typically 30-day stay.

China Tourist Visa Requirements

1 Original Passport
2 Recent passport-size photo (48mm x 33mm, white background)
3 Bank Statement (last 6 months with closing balance 1.5 lakh
Preferably stamped by the bank)
4 Hotel Bookings ( Proof of accommodation for the entire stay in China )
5 PAN card and Aadhaar

China Business Visa Requirements

1. Passport with validity of six month from the date of departure
2. Photo (3.5×4.5 cms, 80% face, white background photo)
3. Invitation letter from China
4. Registration copy of Chinese company
5. Chinese ID copy of signing person
6. Covering letter in Company letter head
